Delivery Instructions
Our customers are the heart and soul of our business, and we strive to deliver to them their favorite outfits within 4 working days all over Pakistan. However, there may be special cases where order deliveries might be delayed, owing to high sale volumes, security situation of the country, or a national/gazette holiday.
If your order is not delivered within 5 working days, please contact our Customer Services department.
Mode of Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery, Visa or MasterCard (remove if not available), Easypaisa (remove if not available), or (add if any more). Our prices are inclusive of GST (General Sales Tax), and the amount shown at checkout will be inclusive of delivery charges, which are supplied by the courier company delivering the orders. The prices are subject to change without any prior notification.
Once you have placed an order, it cannot be changed, amended, or cancelled.
Accuracy of Product Information
We are very careful with the product information that we provide on our website. The product information includes color, size, material, quantity, and price of each product. We also provide a size guide to help you select the right size.
There may be some cases where the product may appear slightly different from the pictures shown, and this happens because of the settings of the screen you view the products on. We strive to take realistic photographs of the products so that you may see the actual colors. We are not liable to refund or replace any product on the claim of incorrect color or any other product information.
All products are subject to availability of stock, and we try to update the availability of the products on our website periodically. If a product runs out of stock at the time of your order, we will inform you immediately. In the event that you have made a payment, the amount for the out of stock product will be refunded.
Return
We do not offer refunds on our products. However, we may replace your products with another one of your choosing, only if the product hasn’t been worn, and its tags are intact.
