The dispatch of your order is subject to availability of all the items that you have ordered. If all the items are readily available, your order will be delivered within 5-7 working days. If you do not receive your order within these days, please contact our Customer Services department.
We deliver orders to residential addresses all over Pakistan. The cost of shipping is calculated according to the weight of the parcel. As per policy of the courier companies, we round off all weights to the next full kg.
Presently, we deliver orders nationwide only, with plans to expand to international delivery in the near future. Our nationwide delivery charges start from Rs
/ dress, and this amount includes the delivery and handling charges.
Presently we do not accept returns or refunds. However, we are willing to replace the product with another product of your choosing, as long as the product is purchased in the past 3 weeks, has not been worn, has no stains or damages, and has all its tags intact.
If the replaced item costs more than the original item, the difference will be collected from the customer. However, if the replaced item costs less, we will return the difference to the customer.
